Fake news is when you see a live unedited video of an event and then you see the report bbc makes on it later and it’s completely different to what you witness.Interesting that the people moaning about BBC being fake news are either US republicans or British nationalist or brexiteers. It’s not fake news if it doesn’t fit your own preconceived narrative. There was a huge twitter storm a few months ago regarding the skewed biased reporting of the Hippie Bus Girl and Dogs On a dark desert highway cool wind in my hair shirt. It was trending but not mentioned on the news. They pick their news to fit their agenda. It's not as much fake news, as being biased about which truth you broadcast. You used to take a neutral stance. Fake news or “news” with a bias or spin. BBC increasingly has bias or spin to its reporting and the editorial quality is decreasing. Sadly it’s more like a gossip column these days.
Generally that which the BBC chooses to broadcast these days. Do you remember when BBC News set the worldwide standard for truth and impartiality.
