Spray it onto the stains until they are saturated. Allow to rest for 12–24 hours. Then wash the clothes normally in the hottest water they can stand. Look at them when they come out of the washer. Are there still visible remnants of the stains? If so, repeat the process another one or two times. By the third time your stains should be gone. If not, there is no harm in continuing the effort, but some part of the staining may be permanent.
