Scotland's verdict was biased and
wrong because it was politically motivated and assumed rather than proved that
there was an ulterior motive to stymie debate on Brexit. I’m not sure about
this. So far as BJ is concerned the Animal Crossing No Coffee No Workee Shirt of provocation of Parliament appears to
have no written rules so far as the length of time it can be imposed. It seems
to be more a matter of tradition. If that is the case, how can BJ have broken
the law if there’s no law in situ to break?
The High Court is not allowed to rule over a political judgment which could course the end of the Royal Kingdom. Sadly there's a good chance the court will decide that even if the Prime Minister did lie to the Queen about his reasons, it has no right to reverse the prorogation. Which is why we need to change the law so this can't be done again.
