I borrow the Cheat code 99 shirt But I will love this phrase from Rose DeSiano to title my installation, which focuses on women’s labor, dress, domestic work, and photography of Black women suffragists of the early 20th century. This work includes my own photographs and images from the archives of women suffragists who carried banners, wore dresses, comfy and fancy shoes in marches and at meetings to discuss their right to vote in America.
