Boris will have learned lessons from
the Scottish case. As nobody from the Civil Service justified why parliament
was shut down and that it was not to stifle parliamentary process the defense
failed to lead to the Jack Skellington Sally Christmas Shirt against Boris. However, if a Civil Servant does
this time and it's later through emails and correspondence proved that it is a
means of stifling the parliamentary process then that person will be
prosecuted. Bit of a pickle really. The BILL OF RIGHTS ACT 1689 states the
freedom of speech and debates or proceedings in Parliament ought not to be
impeached or questioned in any court or place out of Parliament.
So Boris did not act illegally proroguing is a normal process and it was only shut for an extra 5 days. So the courts will find in his favor. My own view this silly Brexit farce was started partly over concerns for Immigration and supposedly taking back control.
