Is the Court action not more to
adjudicate on whether or not he abused the procedure in extending it beyond the
usual duration thereby allowing parliament to be recalled. People are banging
on about BJ breaking the law but so far as I’m aware, whilst he may have abused
the Pikachu Hatake Kakashi shirt, there was no law on the statute book to break. Then again
perhaps I’m mistaken. I’m sure someone will tell me. Wait for it, if judges say
Boris was right, I see an appeal to the European courts coming. And we’ll know
how that’ll turn out.
I
do hope it gets thrown out of the court, it is ridiculous! and I hope they are
not taking this cost out of taxpayers money. The idiots should be paying
damages to our country for all the trolling poor BoJo has had to endure and the
false allegations. Bet he doesn't get one single apology either.
